I will have most of the jobs for my film, I have Calan
Boucke occasionally helping me with the film but I am doing most of the work
including editing and the producing of my film. This is because I’m working on
my own for the project. I have included my progress on another Blog.
Casting: There will be 3 characters in the film, which will be myself, Calan Boucke and Harriet Watson; Harriet will have be an actress acting as Jannette, which is the Femme Fetale for the film, she will have an important job in the film as she has certain codes and conventions to follow. Jannette will wear a fury brown coat alongside a handbag and the coat implies her well-being and power. Calan won't be seen in the film (apart from his shadow) in the film as he is the killer in the last scene of the film. His job will be vital in the film because he has a certain way in which he has to conduct himself to show the realism of the film. Calan will wear a suit and his suit will be coated by a long coat which he will wear however will not be seen. Lastly I will play a vital role in the film because I'm the Detective, so I certainly have codes and conventions to follow to fulfill the best I can in the film, I will have to act powerful, and strong throughout as well as showing emotions towards the Femme Fetale. I will be wearing a suit, with shoes, a tie and a hat.

Below I will list all the times and dates in which I will do
my filming and editing. This job should take no longer than a month (if
needed).
The schedule is as followed:

Monday 6th October: Film ¼ of the
film, the first 35 seconds of the film and edit it. Location: Landau office.

Thursday 9th October: Film the 2/4 of
the film which will take me up to 1:10secs and edit up to my progress.
Location: Landau Office.

Friday 17th October: Film ¾ of the
film which will take me up to roughly around 1:40 seconds of my film and edit
up to my progress. Location: Town hall/graveyards.

Monday 3rd November: Film the last
part of my film and jump straight onto the editing. Location: Town Church.

Thursday 6th November: Carry on with
the editing of my film.

Friday 7th November: Finish of my
editing on this date including adding all the effects and sound effects.
1/4 of the filming will include my opening credits and company logo, followed by the detective in his office and in this scene will also include a phone call from Jannette the lady who he helps out.
2/4 of the film will include the scene where Jannette (client) comes into my office and I speak to her about her problem and the situation which has gone on. This part will show the half mark of my opening sequence.
3/4 of the film will be the scene where Jannette shows me the letter which she recieved through the post which tells her to go to a certain location at a certain time. This is shortly followed by the scene where I am in the town hall waiting at the location which the letter told me to go to.
4/4 This is the final scene, without giving away too much detail, i can confirm that this scene is explosive and takes a massive turn around in the video and conveys a plot-twist. This is the final piece to the opening scene.
